The gang at Pittsburgh Underground are without a doubt incredibly excited as our favorite month is quickly creeping upon us! What better way to get into the spirit of things than with this weekend's monster mashup, Hotel Transylvania, starring Adam Sandller as Dracula himself! Take a look!
We haven't had a gaggle of ghouls get together for a getaway like this since Mad Monster Party in 1967!!! So what are you waiting for? Slither on into your local theater this weekend to hang out with the Drac-pack as we dig our way closer to Halloween!!!

The Room (2003 Trailer)
Yes, bad would be an understatement for this gem, but believe us when we say it's worth the ride as the more the merrier means ramping up the funny on this already hilarious turd from 2003!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Theatrical Trailer 1975)
Filled with chills, spills (literally), and thrills - if you've never experienced this 1975 phenomena of audience participation, live theater, rock n' roll, and of course mind numbing horror, then get your boney ass to The Hollywood Theater in Dormont this Saturday for an evening that you'll never forget
All Pittsburgh Underground can say is that's about bloody time we get a Dredd reboot!!! That's right gang - the law is finally back with our main character Judge Dredd being portrayed by Karl Urban himself, or as our Trekkie friends know him - Bones (at least in the J.J. Abrams-verse).
Based on the UK comic created in 1977 (yes, my dears... our boy in blue is 35 years old!) by John Wagner (writer), Carlos Ezquerra (artist), and Pat Mills (editor) as the walking-talking, judge, jury, and executioner in Mega City circa 2099.
PU Trivia: As time passed in the real world, the years also passed in Dredd's universe - starting in 1977 (or 2099 in Mega City) till present (2134 ala Mega City).
Come to think of it, check out the trailer below!
Dredd (Trailer, 2012)
Finally - what looks like a decent story portrayed by great actors playing characters we care about! The future looks much brighter than it's past - the ultra-squeeky (Mickey Mouse reference) Disney version of 1995 starring Sly Stallone, a very hot Dianne Lane, and The Animal himself, Rob Schneider. Oh yeah, did we also mention Ming the Mercilous (the always awesome, Max von Sydow) was also in this flick? Wait a minute... why did this version suck again?
Judge Dredd (Trailer, 1995)
Ok, it had it's moments (I AM THE LAW!!!). Well get your ass over to your local theater this weekend, less the be judged!!!

What?! You've never heard of this gem from 1977?! The story centers around neurotic Peggy Gravel (Mink Stole) and her overweight maid Grizelda Brown (Jean Hill) who skip town after smothering Peggy's husband. After being arrested by the cross-dressing cop played by Turkey Joe, they are given the ultimatum of either going to jail or being exiled to Mortville - the shantytown ruled by the evil Queen Carlotta (and played by the legendary Edith Massey) and her daughter Princess Coo-Coo (Mary Vivian Pearce). Check out this old school trailer!
Desperate Living (Trailer, 1977)

Trivia From the Worthless Information Vault of Chops Huber:
Did you know that Pittsburgh was named the most livable city by Forbes in 2010. In a 2012 ranking of 277 metropolitan areas in the United States, the American Lung Association ranked the Pittsburgh metropolitan area as having the sixth-worst pollution in both short-term and year-round particle pollution and the 20th worst ozone (smog) pollution, results that have been disputed by government.
Chops blames... THE GARGOYLES (in his pants)!!! THE SKY IS FALLING!!! THE SKY IS FALLING!!!
