Ahoy all you land lover! It has been a LONG week gang (let me tell you!). Your old bud, Hot Toddy, has been burning the midnight oil, drawing till my fingers bled and my eyes swelled shut to bring you the FINAL and 12th PU Pulp Poster that wraps up our Season 1 Collection.

This last month in the series, the name of the game is Riddles of the Three Rivers - Issue One, featuring one of the most dreaded creatures in all of Pittsburgh who dwells within the drink of the old Monongahela (and looks like a butt!). Also featured on this poster are the famed duck boats inspired by Pittsburgh's own Just Ducky Tours owned by entrepreneurs Chris D'Addario and Michael Cohen.

Continued...

These two brilliant men have made a living taking the old school World War II DUKW amphibious vehicles (that's right, they can roam the rivers and the roads and yes, I want one!), fixed them up, and give tours of our fair city of Pittsburgh showing the natives and visitors alike all the awsomeness of the 'burgh.

For those of you wondering what those letters DUKW mean, General Motors had a naming convention back in the day where the 'D' meant the vehicle was created in 1942, the 'U' stood for 'utility', the 'K' meant it was all wheel drive, and the 'W' indicated it was powered by rear axels.

Although they operate from Station Square across the river, we think it's awesome that the live here on our Northshore, after a hard day's work. For those of you interested touring Pittsburgh in an entirely unique and different way, check out the Just Ducky Tours Official Website (Hurry! There's still time to jump aboard before the end of their season in November!).

Both your Uncky Chops and I hope you've enjoyed our first season of PU Pulp Posters - we had a lot of fun whipping them up for you and we're really excited to start up Season 2. However, WE NEED YOU!!!

If you have any ideas for new posters (especially those that have the stink of Pittsburgh to them) we would love a shout out! Please feel free to comment below or visit our Artist Bio Break to email us with your suggestions.

Stay tuned gang - more amazing stuff coming soon from the gang here at Pittsburgh Underground!
