Announcement: Monroeville Zombies EXITS Monroeville Mall TODAY!!!

On Saturday April 27th, Monroeville Zombies will close its doors in the Monroeville Mall forever. Not only will it be their final day, it will be their best party event ever! A final day of zombie costumes, zombie games, zombie music and dancing, and our biggest costume contest ever where they will crown the permanent Monroeville Zombies champion for all time. Hosted by our old pal Barnabus Bailey.

2:00 - Party begins with Welcome by Barnabas Bailey and music by Dj Madame DeVillain.
3:00 - Zombie Game Show
4:00 - Michael Jackson's Thriller Group Dance
4:30 - Zombie Game Show
5:00 - Zombie Musical Chairs
5:30 - Zombie Game Show
6:00 - Zombie Game Show
6:30 - Costume Contest
8:00 - Zombie Parade
8:45 - Farewell Ceremony

Barnabus Bailey

MC Barnabus Bailey will be introducing the events all day and recording a web show to be aired at a future date. He will be conducting interviews of fans expressing their memories of the mall and times here with us.

DJ Madame DeVillain will be entertaining us with some unique musical selections and mixes all day long woven throughout the games and events. Come ready to dance!

Game Shows will include live crowd participation of zombie versions of: "Let's Make a Deal", "the Dating Game", "The Newlywed Game", "Family Feud", and "Pyramid", all hosted by gameshow host, Zomty Maul.

WHY:
1. The mall has leased our space to a laser tag / arcade business beginning May 2013.
2. JC Penney's, the major filming set to "Dawn of the Dead" has been torn down.

Seems like the right time to abandon the mall and make a move to our next chapter. A farmhouse?...an underground mine?...a prison?...well, wherever it makes sense next to continue the fight. Time will tell...

Yes, this is for real, Monroeville Zombies is really leaving the mall. It is truly a sad day for all involved with this endeavor for the last 5 years. But it is not the true end, as they will be back in another format soon. Keep following us for future updates, and definitely come out to celebrate and say goodbye on April 27th.
