Mmm... CHILI!!!

In these chilly final days of March, who doesn't crave a hot steamy bowl of good ol' fashion chili? The gang here at good ol' PU does!!! Luckily, the Braddock Carnegie Arts Program's 5th Annual Chili Cook Off is on it's way in merely a week and a half (Saturday, April 9th from 1 pm till 4 pm to be precise) and they NEED YOUR CHILI RECIPE!!!

The deadline is in two days - March, 31st, 2011 for you to enter this year's event who's proceeds go support the youth programs of the Braddock Carnegie Arts Program (one of them being a youth clay class that's taught free of charge). Through parnterships with schools, community members, businesses, and government, the youth programs are able to offer art classes, workshops, and field trips to school-age children at little or no cost.

The deadline to submit your award winning chili recipe is in 2 days so what are you waiting for? For more information please call 412-351-5356 or email elisabethheffner@gmail.com .

Remember, the fun begins Saturday, April 9th from 1 pm till 4 pm at the Braddock Elks Lodge located at 424 Library Street in Braddock. Cost is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for the kids.
