The gang here at Pittsburgh Underground wanted to post our deepest condolences to all those affected by the tragic events that took place yesterday at the Boston Marathon.
This unthinkable act hit home hard not only due to the shear magnitude of it's inhumanity, but also because we too have friends and family in the Boston area - some that participated in both the race and in the cheering crowd.
We are happy to say that they are safe, although our hearts and thoughts go out to all the families that were affected by the unfortunate calamity.
Boston is a very special place with some of the strongest people we know - they'll bounce back with a vengeance that will inspire the world.
Just know that you have friends here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that have your back.
At this point to say what we're all thinking would be redundant - instead we hold silent in respect for our friends from Beantown.
