Fundays At 420: Star Wars Day is TODAY!!!

Greetings to all throughout the galaxy both far and wide as the world celebrates Star Wars Day 2015! Every May 4th marks the occasion where all good padawans, nerf herders, and cantinas filled with scum and villainy get together to celebrate all things Star Wars.

Check out this clip of LEGO Master Bulders, Chris and Dan Steininger and their HUGE Millennium Falcon build to commemorate the occasion!

LEGO Master Builders Chris and Dan Steininger build the world’s largest Millennium Falcon from LEGO bricks!

The legend for this event is as legendary as Star Wars itself when back on May 4th, 1979, the phrase was first used the day that Margaret Thatcher took office as UK prime minister. The Conservative party allegedly placed an ad in the London Evening News which read,"May the Fourth Be With You, Maggie. Congratulations."

In our age of social media, the phrase took off leading to events in Toronto and then happenings all over the world. You can check out the list of events at the the Official Star Wars Day Website or dust off the videotapes, laser disks, DVD's, or Blurays to have your own film fest of force-wielding fun!

Special deals on Star Wars swag can be found at Amazon, Gog, Google Play, IOS, Steam, Playstation, and Xbox as well so if you got the galactic credits to burn check out any of the links for some super-sweet deals!

So hold on to your lightsabers, grab your wookies, and...

May the 4th Be With You... Always!
